I only wish I could give a zero star rating to this absolute joke of a company. I understood that they would leave the cut brush on our property. However it is an abomination of pathetic customer service that they allowed cut branches to fall directly on, and then be left on, nice evergreen bushes; while there was bare ground about 3 feet away. Other cut branches were left hanging in adjacent trees. I can only presume they are the cheapest option for power companies, because they clearly have no standards.
(NO STARS) I'm livid that these contractors of Duke Energy would take down my tree and leave me with a horrible mess. Left before the job was done. I tried speaking with Jesse McClure and he was nasty rude rude, like how dare I reach out to him to complain.
