They're @ssh0l3s, we got no help at all. We tried to get assistance getting a simple receipt with all the details because when the driver picked up the car and paid for all the fees, they left the fee section in blank, and that's a requirement in order for us to get reimbursed. They said they did the process with someone else, however, we are the ones being affected here, I don't know who called them, but it's our money and they refused to send us the information stating they did it already, so I asked to have the informatio... read more
