To get a hold of anyone in your primary cares office is virtually impossible. I have been trying to get a prescription refilled since Friday it is now Tuesday and the pharmacy still does not have it. It was faxed to Dr Townsends office on Friday and it was sent again this morning Tuesday and a phone call to the doctor's office where I was told it would be sent to my physician as an Urgent Message. 2 hours later nothing! The lack of patient care from this hospital is astonishing.
They don’t really care about patients as I have seen personally by the way many staff have treated me. I have a defibrillator and am going through breast cancer treatments. I’ve seen their nasty messages on my online chart and in messages left on my phone.
