Trying to follow through online with Aspirus. It's become really difficult to use their online services, too much to figure out even what their asking for to do a follow up. No longer makes sense to me, I'm not computer illiterate but Aspirus has created a very negative situation for me. At the present time will have to go in person to figure this all out.

They are not there to help you! They do unnecessary tests and charge crazy amounts of money. They dont care what the results say as long as they get their money!

I’m giving 2 stars because I actually really love my Aspirus providers, although my experiences have been very hit or miss. I’m currently seeing providers I’m happy with. However, I’m not at all impressed with recent developments there. I received a notice that Aspirus is currently negotiating with United Healthcare. I’ve been following the website for updates, and the verbiage on Aspirus’ website is completely unprofessional. Aspirus took over from Ascension. I have had nothing but problems with billing. Both providers my family has gone to they have put as out of network when they are in Network per my insurance. I cannot talk to anybody about getting this resolved their answer is just to send a message to the credentialing office. This is frustrating and exhausting and if I could go somewhere else I would.
