I think I dodged a bullet today after reading these reviews! I have been trying to get into this clinic for weeks/ months with a very painful prolapse when I called and spoke to a receptionist again today she basically told me to suck it up and to wait my turn for another three months because I do not have cancer, so I am not as important! So I decided to leave the Aspirus network and go into the Marshfield care system. Called today. The scheduling department is impossible to contact. You are supposed to leave your number and they will call you back. If you’re like me all unknown calls are silence due to spam callers. Scheduling department should let you Connor hold and contact when available.
Great clinic with wonderful people. Very clean
Don’t waste your time going here. I’ve seen several PA’s and they all have attitude. They are clueless. It takes them forever to get back to you and really don’t want to listen but just tell you what to do. I’ve had ongoing problems since a cancer surgery and they have been less than helpful.
