My son was referred to urology here. Ridiculous urologist Told my son he is lying when asked how much water he drinks & much more I could say but rather not put personal details on a review. As for the other bad reviews about their receptionist, they are true. They are unprofessional & rude. One acted flabbergasted & totally lost when we requested a 2nd opinion from a different urologist. After going back n forth w/ her she told us “Umm…… Ill have to ask the director & call u back”
5 stars to Amber Langreck! I’ve been getting kidney stones consistently since 16 years old and am now 25. Amber Langreck was the first person at this place that truly seemed to care, she was so empathetic and kind. Got me a 24 hour urine kit and a CT even though the KUB showed no stone (she even let me decide if I wanted another CT since I had one just a month prior, there was no forcing).
