Ive been trying to set up an appointment for like 2 weeks here but the receptionists keep messing up my appointment dates and times. I made the appointment for 2:00pm on Monday. I showed up and was told that my appointment was for 1:00pm. I was confused because I had only made the appointment 2 days prior and I had set a reminder for the day and time seconds after creating the appointment. I really like my primary at this location, they are very helpful and willing to do whatever it takes to get to the bottom of what’s wrong. I also have had a pleasant experience seeing a different provider at this clinic for an “urgent care” (this is not an urgent care) type of appointment. I was impressed they were able to get me seen so fast.

I was called and told that the clinic wont Allow me to be a patient. I had a medication follow up this friday for My anti-anxiety and antidepressants. im low on meds with no refills. So Now i have to last minute try to find another doctor? I was suicidal when i came to this clinic. Im fearful ill start going downhill again. Im appalled a mental health patient would be just dumped like That. Im sorry i missed a few appointments my life has been kinda crazy. The health system is so f’d up…
