Went to the ER twice today. First time I had a nice doctor second time the staff were very insensitive and rude. Let’s just say before talking about your patient and making fun of them you should make sure they aren’t standing right around the corner. Way to go Riverview ER. Won’t be going back ever.
Scary experience with my 9 month old baby! His pediatrician gave him amoxicillin for an ear infection. He developed a rash/hives. It was getting worse, he was crying non stop, vomiting up bottles. I took him to the Riverview ER and seen by John Paul Cloutier. He said this was normal! Said it would go away and there was nothing that could be done. He sent my baby home having a medication reaction! Luckily, we went to the walk in clinic and was told to stop the medication immediately and my baby is now on 2 anti histamines and... read more

Recommendedfriendly, knowledgeable nursing staff, clean large rooms, quick in and out by the ER staff.
There honesty,normally not a long wait to be seen,there facility is clean
My 37 year old daughter was brought in and was diagnosed with a stroke, she was given a TPA shot for the stroke and then transferred to Madison University. Because they acted so quickly she has regained 100% recovery! The staff in the ER were EXCELLENT and VERY professional, a big grateful thanks for what you did for my daughter. God Bless

Your quick, caring, and professional assistance in the e.r. when my Mom was brought in via ambulance and also your early detection of a malignant tumor , surgery, and follow up care.
