Awful care from Dr Nancy Baker! She charged me for a “preventative” exam even though I did not ask for one or authorize one! I made an appointment for a pap and pelvic and that’s it. I did not know she even did a preventative exam, very few vitals were taken such as pulse, listening to my heart, oxygen levels in the blood, etc. my medical records indicated that I was offered things like a STD vaccine and I was not, told by medical records these fields in the records auto fill.
