The nursing staff is phenomenal. The care and attention they gave me was the second best thing to having my mom there. I couldn't be more pleased. The Doctor I had this morning treated me like an inconvenience and told me there was nothing he could do for me. He rolled his eyes at me when he was checking me for pain and I flinched. Completely unprofessional.. Especially for how much an ER visit costs.
I love Jill Pogorelec, she's my primary physician and wouldn't want anyone else!! I've also been to the ER a couple times and have had excellent experiences in there too. Highly suggest coming here!!
I've never had much confidence in this facility due to the different "horror" stories and the bedside manner of the DR Dr's my Mother has been given in the past.Whwn an We dr says "what do you want us to do She's 90 +" However when my 100 year old Mother was admitted a couple days ago for multiple breaks in one leg, she was treated with the respect anyone deserves. One nurse in particular has shown compassion and understanding that I didn't think I would ever see at this facility. I truly hope people there read these comment... read more
My 13 yr old had a skateboard accident and had severe concussion, he was out of sorts and not himself, they were very patient....Took scan and They kept him until a specialist in Madison looked at his scans to ensure he was OK...He was released..... The next day the Dr and Nurse both called to check on him. Over the next 6 weeks they had him come in before allowed to do a lot of normal activities. He is completely fine at this time. Thanks
I had surgery for my finger. Everyone were very good and professional. They called me the next day. I'm having Physical therapy at the wellness center. But the ER. Is a whole different story. I cut my thumb a year ago. I went to ER. The nurse came in and dropped her glove on the floor she bent down picked it up and put it on. Than she was giving me a shot to numb it the medicine was coming all over. She said i guess I got the wrong size needle she says oh well you might feel alittle as i stich it up. Excellent eyecare treatment from Dr. Castrovinci and staff.
I had excellent care while in the hospital and also after at the clinic Everyone was so pleasant and helpful My surgery went well and dr Arnold and Matt are doing a fantastic job on keeping track of me while I recovet
