If I could give no stars I would. A typical day at work would consist of coming in on your shift positive and ready to go when you walk in, then "Debby Downer" comes walking around the corner and completely overturns your positivity. These are the employees that work in the "Environmental Services" department or "Housekeeping." Over 90% of the employee pool have this kind of attitude. Why?
