I left a message on the phone for a call back to records on 2/15 a.m. and no return call yet.
Went to the er for possible miscarriage. Left still wondering. The er supposively doesn't have a ultrasound machine. So it was a pointless trip. Should of went to Baraboo or Madison
This health care facility gave me the minimum in care back when I came in by ambulance from a motorcycle accident. They didn't follow protocol as told to me by another hospital and I have to go to another hospital because of the lack of care. Also with that they billed the wrong address and only called twice then sent my bills to debt collections in less than 4 months. A sad excuse for a medical facility
Had both of my children at Divine Savior and have never had a bad experience. Love the staff!!!
Extremely unfriendly and cold. I've never had more issues with a business.
