Waited over an hr for my appt today for a scheduled procedure and they couldn't do the scheduled procedure anyway because of a lapse in certification ... always a pleasure
When is Divine Savior going to get their billing department in order?! After proof from the bank that you cashed checks to pay bills that you still deny amd keep sending to collections. You also don't take HIIPA violations seriously. When an ex-in law is snooping in personal records and gets caught numerous times, including by the hospital, it is just ridiculous. Nobody at that hospital gives a shit. What a joke.
Dr. Arnold and his staff did a great job Divine Savior was very pleasant nurses staff very helpful just one through a big thank you out to everyone
There are no words to the 'guessing game' we experienced yesterday. It is pretty sad when you have to ask if the 'attending' is in fact, a Doctor and not a 'training resident'. She was going to send my daughter-in-law home with a misdiagnosis. I tell you, it was a good thing we spoke up and questioned her because my DIL would not have been treated correctly!! Upsetting experience for sure.
I recently had a total knee replacement at DS Healthcare. Everyone involved in my care get a 5 star rating from me. Dr. Arnold is the best! I was apprehensive about having such a major surgery @ DS Healthcare, but Dr. Arnold, and the Joint Journey staff, reassured me that I would be getting "state of the art" surgery and post surgery care........and I did. It is so easy for me to go to physical therapy (by the way they are 5 star also) and doctor appointments right here in Portage.
The staff was great Nurses were excellent, the was good and service good, and I can not think of any problems. Nurse Sarah, Kim.
