Left 1 star review with main hospital about not being called back the whole 2 days my mom was in hospice care. I got a call from Natalie the chaplain to pitch grief counseling services to me... over a month later... 🤮🤢 .. she promised to have a supervisor or manager call me back to go over my experiences. I never did get that call. Like I never got a single call back when my mom was in hospice other than to return the call to tell them good job, shes finally dead and no longer costing Aspirus money.
The team was wonderful with my husband.and always asked if I'm doing OK. Always was there if I needed them. Thank you .

Some of the laziest people I've ever heard about. Always late. Refuse to show up to evaluate people conditions. Give a glance and say someone is fine. Not only giving bad review, will also be reporting to proper state agency.
