Not sure how it is a good business practice to have a security person be the point of contact in the office and approach a grieving family that is there to see there deceased father only to tell us we do not want to see him. This is with a call into the hospital to let them know we are on our way to see him before they proceed with organ donation. In and out quickly and took care of my needs
We, my wife and myself had a very bad experience there today. We ended up waiting for over 2 hours for her test. My wife already gates hospitals as it is. The test only took 10 minutes. We were never given the reason for her long wait. Very frustrated.
