Received a phone call from Julia this morning. They send out legal jargon from their attorneys and then talk to you like you're stupid when you ask questions. Her response to my question "did you read my letter?" was "I do this all day long, I know what the letter says". Well, in my eyes, it was a completely unprofessional response.
