Unprofessional recruitment processes. Had a recruiter reach out for phone screening and then ask about times for interview. Times I gave came and went, I reached out and the recruiter stated they received my reply and nothing more. Proceeded interviewing for other companies, but very unprofessional on this companies behalf.
Horrible company to work for!
Horrible company! After reading the reviews, I can assure that after working there, I understand why many of the individuals we called hung up in our faces or thought we were scammers. They lie and say that the role is a Claims Analyst for MVA; however you spend your day chasing patients and insurance companies to get medical bills paid! The interview process is a red flag.There are too many and you are given a assessment to take , then another round of interviews. Thanks for not choosing me after all the reviews. I'm glad I dodged this bullet. I know a person that recently worked there and the she was done was wrong but she is blessed with a better job that turnover ratio isn't as bad and the company has integrity. I need to send an invoice for taking the assessment
Not surprised to see others were fired without explanation. After a year of working for this company, I was fired in the middle of a meeting without clarification- never had any troubles, or write ups. No aspects of this company is reliable.
