Have dignity and class when talking about peoples personal Information. Announcing in front of a packed waiting room that your insurance payment was never made and making my wife call our Insurance company to confirm that it was always paid and never late is very classless on your part. Be better and respectful. We pay our bills always on time even ahead of time. To falsely say payment was late even the insurance company was not understanding why this false context was announced in front of a packed waiting room???
