So relaxing! The website has excellent directions to prep you for the experience to get you ready. It only took a few minutes in the pod to unwind from the cares of the day and relax. After an hour, all my aches and pains were gone and I felt amazing. Headed home to go to bed early!
I love training with Lynn & Cheryl! Lynn always finds ways to challenge me & has very helpful tips to better my over-all wellness, hence their name: Aspire Wellness! It's definitely worth a try, if you are looking for a small, quiet gym who also offers massages, floats, sauna & cooking classes! You won't be disappointed!
WOW!!!! I just experienced my first float session tonight and I am so AMAZED. I've floated many times in pools for relaxation but nothing can compare to the zero gravity and stasis like feeling in the salt water float pod!!! I love training with Cheryl at Aspire Wellness. She is great at targeting zones for me to work and is helping me towards my goals. I would highly recommend this facility! I can't wait to schedule a massage too!
