So I had the awesome pleasure to hang out at Aspire wellness yesterday and it was amazing. The float pod was nice, the private sauna was awesome sauce and the ionic foot soak was incredible. While it was super gross to see the water change colors to an apple cider color it was super cool to know that toxins were being released. The massage from Kim was heavenly and the customer service from Eileen was A-1. Those in my area should definitely check them out���

I really enjoyed my 1st floating experience today! Very warm & relaxing
The float pod is awesome!! I'm always looking for new ways to destress and disconnect for a little while, so this was perfect. I did the infrared sauna right before my float session and that was a great combination. I was able to chill out in the sauna before getting into the float pod and it just made the whole experience that much more relaxing. My daughter and I visited yesterday. She had a facial and paraffin wax, I did the sauna and Epsom salt float. We both really enjoyed ourselves. The staff is great and very welcoming. We look forward to visiting again!
Dry sauna followed by Float tank is the way to go! The experience was meditative and rejuvenating. I've never experienced anything like it! Thank you for helping me push my "reset button".
