Great Property but Management Need Improvement We have lived at Aspire for 1 1/2 years. The units are great and we love the layout. About 6 months after we moved in management changed. The new management is all about changing stuff. They decided to install security systems in each unit, replace all the kitchen faucets and now new thermostats. The place is 2 years old and in a very safe location so why on earth would they need to change this stuff. Seems like a complete waste of money. Last winter we had an issue with our dry... read more
The property itself is fine, but the management is not good. We have had multiple issues with maintenance. First in winter ice removal was poor, and delayed. Just recently we had our smoke detectors going off for no reason. We tried contacting emergency maintenance, but the only way to do so is submit a ticket like any other request. No number to call no one to actually help you in a timely matter. Location is great, management is not. I have enjoyed living at Aspire for the most part. The location is great. The built in 2 car garage is amazing. The old management was great ,but the new management is bad. They are not very friendly to talk to. They should be the CUSTOMER service for the complex, but instead they could care less about the tenants and their best interests. The new snow removal is awful. They take forever to plow and when they do it is at 3 am when you are trying to sleep. They fail to enforce rules on pe... read more
