Sherry charged me 1,500 in late fees while on Section 8. Which I now know is against the law. I learned this from the new complex management. She also accused my son of arsenic even after I provided her with the fire report from the fire department. Not once did she have anyone come out to fix the fire damage. Instead, they sold the property and spread nothing but lies about my child. Sherry became the property manager of our rental in 2017. She knocked on the door to personally introduce herself! She is great with communicating with her tenants for maintenance requests and works quickly to get them resolved. She expedited home repairs when our pipes burst from the recent snow storm! We look forward to working with Sherry when we are ready to purchase our first home.
