Fabulous staff!!
Call around. Radiologists are not the all the same. Don't go here! Child's Bone age xray $100! And is bulk billed elsewhere! Staff are poorly trained. Told 'not covered by medicare'. Answering 'i don't know' to my questions. I had to request a receipt, when the medicare item no was on there i was told i could lodge my own claim through medicare. Today I had an ultrasound at Aspire Radiology Hornsby, and l was very impressed. Dr Matthew Williams was very gentle, attentive and professional. I was a bit worried, but he made me feel calm and comfortable during the procedure. His kindness truly meant a lot to me. The reception staff were also very friendly, kind and welcoming, which made the whole experience even more pleasant. I felt truly cared for -thank you from the bottom of my heart.
