I put in A application to move in and was denied because I have things in collections over five years ago. Also, they make you pay a $200 holding deposit that’s Refundable however you don’t get that back for 60 days And it’s in form of a check. That’s so wrong especially Since they want that money upfront before you can even do anything. I Paid online so I should get reimbursed to my debit card. This is nuts.
The leasing agent I spoke to was wonderful and so helpful! The area is so close to everything and it’s very nicely kept around the apartments!
Please note that this review is an addition to so many other reviews left below and specifically a follow up to my previous review as unfortunately things ended up worse than the original post and it will not let me add the necessary information that I believe people need to be prepared or aware of prior to moving here. Very friendly staff.
Erin, with the Aspire Management team was such a pleasure to work with. She went over all the requirements and the lease agreement with us. She took us on a tour of a two bedroom apartment and answered all our questions, she made us feel like we were home. I would recommend this Apartment complex and team to anyone.
