It's a 100%, their flooring guy scammed them . Long story short ,I recently put in a work order for a floor repair. After getting told it was my fault for a misplaced tile by accident of sliding my 50 pound bed frame of bottom ,plastic to vinyl .I became skeptical of their practices of currently fake hardwood flooring, my 4 ft hallway looks like it's 2inches higher on each side.

Everything was fine after more than a year of living there, only to find out today that the leasing office is falsely accusing me of purposely damaging the fake hardwood flooring. After making a maintenance request to fix the one spot out of four that's damaged, they decided to call their flooring guy and have him fix it and not tell me they were charging me. There's multiple spots throughout my unit where the glue isn't holding the fake flooring but somehow that's my fault.

They hustle you into writing reviews for them. My son and his mom live there. Raquel and Erin don't care about you or your family. Smile to you then just as soon as you turn around they don't do as they said. They charge all that money for hardly ONE amenity . Pathetic dog park, nothing for kids, No weights, no pool. but you'll pay $1600 plus for rent and utilities, but then you'll still owe the utility company for utilities. It's really not worth it and craziness around there.. They asked my sons mother for a positive revie... read more

I went looked at the apartment at Aspire Palmer Park and thought these could work for me. I put down the $200 deposit they asked for to hold the apartment since at the time it was the only one available at the time. Later that week I went in to talk with the office staff who were very nice at the time. I looked at the apartment and decided it was too small for me and old and decided not to take the apartment and immediately asked for my deposit back. They said that the only way to get it back was with a paper check from Cali... read more
