Maintainence continues to be the highlight of my time here. Requests are always handled quickly, and the staff has always been fantastic!
Too many bugs, the parking, Laundry rooms, a lot of my neighbors, and the living conditions are very unpleasant.
My primary complaint is lack of flexibility in payment. Certainly it should be understood people are reluctant to provide their account information or card numbers online because of all of the data breaches. Check or money order should be acceptable forms of payment. Also, at a bare minimum, the washers and dryers should be coin operated. Requiring an app opens up another vulnerability to hacking and not everyone is app savvy.

Very friendly and informative. All my questions were answered and the tour was thorough and gave me a good sense of the property and apartment. All my questions were answered. I like the apartment. It is one of my top two choices.
