This building has water leak issues. Check out redfin. Train and church bells noise are heard through the thin leaking glass windows. Not recommended to live.
The management of this building doesn't care to take care of all the water leaking issues. I wont up with water under the rug and kitchen tiles. The paint on the walls also shows signs of water saturation. Black mold in above the wall ways. Aspireorlando.net for more information

Gnats are in all commons areas and apartments. Management won’t do anything. Management also comes in my unit with out permission

Aspireorlando.net Pictures are worth a 1000 words . Not recommending living here. Doors and windows need major maintenance to prevent leaks into units. Noisy, charter school prevents potential residents from accessing parking garage. Check out SurfSide Miami . Many of the same issues
Aspireorlando.net leasing office manager lives in a leaking unit. When it rains the window leaks major water. Mold in the upper level halls above ceiling tiles. Nosie from night life. Penny Ford and Jessica Megan Ford , Daughter and Mother Team up on residents. Maintence staff walk into appartments with out notice. Garages leak. The Gnats smell of garbage on all floor from the trash chut. Chunks of the concrete are also falling off building.
Mold in buiding. pool leaks into the hallways. Windows leak because the rubber surrounding them is old and dried out. Literally see the water coming in. Management also just walks into your appartment without permission.
