Always my happy place at ONT.
The lounge is extremely nice and the staff made it even better. Highly recommend stopping in if time permits.
I guess it's better than sitting at the gate. The food is just passable and the service is non existent. Funny considering there are QR codes at every corner for you to tip the staff. I'd be happy to tip if they provided some service.
It’s great to see refreshed seating and carpet in the T2 Aspire Lounge. We are lucky to even have a Priorty Pass lounge at ONT! The food selection has improved and the ease of check in is much better! I wish draft beer was offered complimentary - alcohol selections are anemic. Service and friendliness are vastly improved!
