Had to wait for customer service to pick up a line only to get hung up on after waiting 20 minutes what a run around I only wanted to know when my appointment was ?
If I could give them no stars, I would. The intake office doesn't call when they say they will. The office staff is rude. When I begged for help because my fiance was on the verge of suicide, the subhuman on the phone said "whatever" and hung up on me. They don't care. They don't do their jobs. They couldn't care less about saving lives. Do not waste your time. They won't help anyone.
A great place to go for mental health, and an awesome staff!!!!
I have worked in healthcare for years and have never been treated as poorly as I was here. My therapist was great but unfortunately their front office staff does not know what they're doing. I'm sad to leave but I drove out there twice and wasted my time. The first time I was told DBT therapy was cancelled due to the therapist having car issues.
