Mallory Stapler is very compassionate and has a good bedside manner. She’s a nice person and when I have her as my nurse practitioner she’s always in a good mood.
I thought Mallory was fantastic. Knowledgeable and efficient, but still with great “bedside manner” which is sometimes a lost art in today’s medical culture.
Update- 9/1/26. Too bad they can't get a zero rating. I wish i would've kept my initial appointment with IU rather than trusting this place. They've canceled and rescheduled appointments WITHOUT verifying with me, THE PATIENT first. Missed a appointment on 8/14 because family was in the ICU. Messaged NP Herbert that night and because I had no more medicine. Just checked my email (9/1/26). I'm assuming this is him, but it took TWO WEEKS and two days to reply. I did get a call saying we'll like to schedule you with NP Herbert.... read more
This was probably the easiest day of my life. I feel like my concerns were heard.
I have no problem with my doctor she does a great job and I appreciate her so much.
