I had two successful IVFs. Dr. Bello and her team were very supportive and responsive during the whole process. I am thankful for all the care giving by HFI. You made my dreams come true!!
Overall good experience. An area of improvement is better follow-up. I requested a follow-up from the financial counsellor twice but never got it. Did not know how long I had to continue one of my meds so had to rush to get them last min.
Overall Excellent Service
Everyone is generally friendly and approachable. Fast turnaround for answering questions and getting appts. I would have only liked more information on my babies during the OB ultrasounds from Dr. Abdallah. But generally everything is/was fine. My babies are healthy so far and we would use their services again :).

I did not feel like I was given a lot of information once I was pregnant as opposed to the ton of information I was given when starting treatments.
dr. abdullah is very good doctor, he explained you in detail about your results and treatments.
Dr. Bello, Angie, Alyssa and Jenni make a wonderful team. They are all warm inviting and comforting. The team always communicated information in a timely manner and I was glad to see them every week.
