We really love Dr. Steward. I feel comfortable with him and I feel he cares. He is smart and I have the upmost confidence in him. I felt the staff responsiveness could have been better. It is a very uncertain time for us going through this and there are constantly questions and worries. I would have appreciated more support from the staff in regards to answering questions and responsiveness.
I am so glad I chose this office to assist me in my first pregnancy. Every single staff member has been extremely helpful and nice during my first trimester visits. Also, my iui procedure at the piney point location was easy and stress free, a big thank you for my doctor whom did my procedure, he helped me feel hopeful even when our number were a bit low. Ms. Ronica and ms Judy are very professional. Dr nurudeen is very wonderful and she tailored treatment towards my diagnosis. She did not use one cap fits all method.
everything has been excellent. I needed more communication from the office upfront in terms of a 3 month timeline at the very first visit to set my own expectations. I felt like I was given information a spoonful at a time and only at the time it was needed. A longer time horizon would be greatly appreciated for first time patients. Ronica and Judy have been the best!!! Thank you very much for everything!!! .
