This was a very stressful experience for me and I was certainly not my top self several days. You staff was always understanding and kind. I cannot imagine what a hard job this is and you are all such compassionate people. Thanks for the kindness and the emotional support through this process. The nurses are fantastic and they take the time to answer all my questions and soothe my concerns. The doctor was very informative and very kind. I truly felt that she cared about our case and our situation. The minute I met her I felt welcomed and comfortable. The entire staff has become like family to us.

HFI has been very knowledgeable and informative about the IVF treatment. The office works efficiently with very little delay and even so, they are always very courteous with explaining the wait. I think the only room for improvement would be from the financial department making the patient aware of the additional costs after transferring from an IVF patient to OB.

Dr. Hoff is extreamly helpful and always willing to answer your questions. She did everything she could to help us get pregnant and never made us feel like it wasn't possible.

Everyone in this office has been wonderful! After experiencing a miscarriage, Dr. Williams met with us, ran tests to confirm everything was okay, and encouraged us to come back in a few months if we were not pregnant. God allowed us to conceive naturally, and Dr. Williams and his wonderful nurses 'put up with me' and my anxiety stricken self for 7 weeks until they sent me to my OB at 10 weeks along.
