Dr. Griffith was always amazing and took his time with us. He explained everything to where we could understand. If something wasn't working, he found a different way and made it work. He never gave up on us and we are forever grateful!! The Woodlands staff has become like family! Always there when I needed them and answered all my questions promptly. The nurses and Dr. Griffith will forever hold a special place in my heart!

We had a great experience with this office! The staff was kind and personable, and our doctors were knowledgeable and reassuring. We would have liked to have more detailed information as we progressed through each stage as this was our first encounter with assisted reproduction, and we were not properly prepared for how much time and energy the procedures would take in and out of the office. That being said, we would not change what we have done or choose any other office to work with.

We are extremely pleased with all of the services we have received at the Woodlands HFI office. The doctor and the staff are very knowledgeable and courteous throughout the whole process. They made a process that can be hard as easy and comfortable as it can be. We are beyond happy that we chose HFI to help us start our family.

Dr. Griffith, the nurses (Rachel and Teresa) and staff in The Woodlands are phenomenal! They make a very stressing process less difficult with compassion, care and humor as appropriate. :) They always take the time to listen to concerns and properly advise. I highly recommend this particular office within the HFI family, and it is why we have been a repeat patient/customer for many years. Most importantly, they deliver real, positive results! We have a beautiful, growing family!

Dr. Griffith was great, even when we had negative results, he kept positive. It helped us to continue on. The nursing staff was friendly and very informative, whenever doctor Griffith was not there (especially Rachel). The only downside was the sometimes long wait in the office. There was an issue where we had an appointment scheduled, but they did not have it ready at the front desk so we ended up having to wait over an hour.

I would like to thank the staff at HFI for making this journey bearable for us. Dr. Griffith is an amazing doctor who listens to his patients. The nurses are very professional and caring. The receptionists are very polite too. The only downside is when trying to call to talk to the nurses, most of the time they are not available but the bright side is they call back. Thank you HFI team and may you be blessed.

The staff was very considerate and helpful. Dr. Steward was very attentive to our needs and presented our options very clearly. We were very happy with the overall experience and are looking forward to our new family.
