Love everyone surrounded at HFI. Everyone is always so nice and helpful. There has been situations where things are unclear or go under the bus and I just believe, aside from the patient portal, you have to make sure your patients are understanding such an important process from the start. Although, we should know..We do not know, even in the 2nd go round. I think there should be a better check and balance to all the small little details.

From the start everyone was very kind and helpful. The staff is very knowledgeable and takes a interest in their patients. The Dr and Nurses are all there anytime you have a question or concern.

Good communication from staff. Easy to get appointments. I did not like that the Piney Point office is the only location for IUI, might have selected a different provider due to the burden of travel had I known this from the beginning. Very accommodating with RX and lab orders, no pressure to use those you have financial interest in. However, felt a little pressured to do too much early pregnancy monitoring. All those ultrasounds wont change outcomes. Anyway, successful so I am thankful.

We loved our experience at the Woodlands office! Going through IVF is not easy but the nurses and staff made it as easy on us as possible. They were always on top of everything! We loved Dr. Steward as well his bed side manner and positive and caring attitude always made us feel at home! With the help of Dr. Steward and his nurses we are so thankful we were successful on our second transfer! We would definitely recommend Dr. Steward and the Woodlands office!

Everyone at HFI the Woodlands is absolutely amazing. Dr. Steward and his team make you feel like you are part of their family. You can tell that they truly care about each and everyone of their patients. Infertility is such a hard thing for anyone to go through but the minute we stepped foot in this office we felt nothing but hope. Thanks to Dr. Steward and his team we will be welcoming our third baby this year!

I had a wonderful experience here at HFI. My doctor went above and beyond to make us feel cared for and worry free. He was always available to talk if we had any issues. The procedure was excellent and the staff at Piney Point were all friendly and informative. It took us two tries and now we are pregnant with twins thanks to Dr. Steward!
