The office staff at the Webster office were Amazing! They go above and beyond for all their patients. I wish every doctors office were as efficient and as kind as they are! I highly recommend!

Medical staff and nurses were superb alongside of doctors care, Dr Heather Hoff was outstanding and very personalable throughout both IUI procedures. Only complaint was the lack of financial responsibility not being informed before appointments or of price raises from one treatment to the other. The overall scheduling with a large answering service was difficult to get proper communication and correct information, being 3 hrs away and being told I was not scheduled when arriving. The staff at the Woodlands location has been amazing. I am being seen by Dr. Steward and he has been the best throughout this whole process. I did IVF and everything worked out perfectly.
Dr. Abdallah has a great bedside manner. He always makes sure to reply all questions. I had three transfers, the third one is a successful pregnancy. All piney point stuff are so friendly, helpful and proffesional.
Dr. Griffith and his team at HFI in The Woodlands has been one of the best experiences I could have imagined. Everybody at The Woodlands office has always been so helpful in answer my questions, easing my fears, and staying positive. The team at HFI in The Woodlands is one of the best decisions we have ever made, and we are so happy to been able to share this experience with them!
The entire staff at Piney Point has been just like family. We have laughed and cried together. These woman truly enjoy what they do and you can see it on their faces! Dr. Williams has been professional and extremely helpful. We could not do this without him!
