Very supportive and on top of everything
I have felt so cared for during my time here with Dr. Nurudeen and at HFI. Even on the bad days I felt seen and cheered for and I appreciate all the hard work and care that went into helping us start our family. I want to say thank you to everyone who has been a part of my team, I will miss you all and it will feel weird not seeing you so frequently!
The staff here is wonderful! In the beginning we were a little frustrated because it seemed there were some things that were not fully explained about the process, but once we got past that everything has been smooth. Dr. Steward was very upfront with our options, risks, and recommendations. He was understanding and listened to and addressed all of our concerns thoroughly. Two recommendations though that would've made this process a little less stressfull...1. IUI procedures performed at the Woodlands office, or an office cl... read more

Dr. Steward is a great doctor who is also very kind. He always took the time to make sure I understood my treatment, why I was taking meds and if I was uneasy he was patient and kind with my feelings and ensured that I felt comfortable. Nurse Tamara and Nurse Selena are incredibly good nurses. They really make the office feel like a friendly place. Dr. Nurudeen was very kind during her initial appointment. She helped us decide which way to go based on our medical history.
Everyone was super attentive and super nice at every visit. From the front entrance, the nurses and each doctor that I got to meet. I really appreciate the entire services that I received. As I progressed through each step everyone would take the time to explain every step of the process. This helped me feel assured and safe of the process I was going through. It been a great experience. From day one that we stepped into HFI office. They made us feel like family every step of the way. All the staff were excellent to us the best we have seen. We recommend HFI 1000 times over.
