Stretching is basically medieval torture, but Darren has somehow convinced me it’s “good for me.” I can’t say I do all the stretches (because honestly, who has that kind of time?), but I’m the most mobile I’ve been in 20 years of seeing physios and chiros. Darren actually took weeks to get my body ready before even doing an adjustment — I've almost remembered every injury! Highly skilled, super professional, part wizard!
