Update from my first review: I just had my egg retreavel and up to this point I'm blown away by the support they have given me. I was very nervous for the retreavel and instead of a bunch of "staff" it felt like a bunch of friends there supporting me. Everyone involved in my journey came in to say hello and wish me luck. We feel unbelievably lucky to be working with this team. Everytime I come in everyone knows my name and it just makes this somewhat uncomfortable thing just that much better.
