THEY FAILED TO INFORM ME I WAS A CARRIER FOR A GENETIC DISORDER. The quality of staff reflects the standards of the doctors running the facility. That’s where their problems begin. Dr. Balthazar and Amy are an amazing duo. My husband and I had our share of heartbreak BUT we have a gorgeous baby boy who is about to be a year old with their help. IVF is hard and emotional but they really and truly care and love what they do!
