I really liked this place 5 years ago, but when i recently called and told them i had a cracked, painful, and possibly infected tooth, they told me it would be 2 months until i could be seen because I'd be considered a "new patient" since i hadn't been there in over 3 years. Seriously, who can wait that long for something that's not just a cleaning? I have health issues that compromise my immunity and i explicitly told the staff about it - that my PCP wrote me an antibiotic script and wanted me to see someone asap. Is this r... read more

I had an awful experience with the administrative side of this office. The front desk staff is always incredibly unprofessional, rude, and unhelpful, except for Amanda. To make matters worse, they pawn you off on another location, which is even worse to deal with (Niagara Falls, Jillian). They clearly care more about taking your insurance money than treating you like a human being or actually taking care of your dental needs. And Dr. Levine is NO better than his staff. Just horrible! I wish I could give this place less than 1 star. I have only had a somewhat decent experience with the dental hygienest Megan. The rest of those dental assistants or the main dentist are absolutely careless and rude and they kicked me out of their office because one day my disability was really bad and I had to leave. Every time I showed up there, these workers were quick to get me out, showed no compassion for my fear of the dentist, gave extremely rude comments to me and they have never had a smile on their face nor greete... read more
