I had avoided the dentist since moving to Columbus, so when I realized that there was a root canal in my future I reluctantly started the search for a new doctor. Luckily, I found Dr. Brown. Not only is she an excellent dentist, but she has a truly wonderful staff. They have the latest equipment and everyone is very knowledgeable and willing to take the time to answer any questions. Wow! I don't like to go to Docs of any kind, y'all changed that!!! Doc Brown was very cool and informative, and Alyssa (spelling?) not only had a smile that lit up the room, but was also friendly, and even took it easy on me. I just had my first appointment at Murray Hill Dental and I must say that I was extremely impressed. I have a great deal of anxiety when it comes to dentistry, but from the moment I walked in the staff was so friendly and welcoming that I was immediately at ease. I explained to the hygienist about my phobias and she was just amazing. She explained everything she was doing and was very gentle. Had not been to a dentist in over 25 years due to a bad experience at my last dentist. But I had to have some issues looked at and I got to say they were nothing but nice and professional and explained what needed to be done every step of the way. Going back next week to continue my dental work. I would recommend the entire staff.
As always friendly people , hi can I get you something, how is your day etc. They are more like friends than physicians. Love Dr Browns infectious smile and laugh. Oh and by the way the filling went very well also..
