This was my first time going to the dentist in awhile and Annie, the dental hygienist, made me feel very comfortable about the experience. She explained everything as she was doing it which I appreciated.
I could not have been happier with my initial experience. I moved dental offices because, my previous dentist was becoming increasingly unprofessional and just down right nasty!! I was happy to find Murray Hill Dental-West .. It's unbelievably close to my home & so convenient!! My new hygienist (Megan, I believe) was very knowledgable and talked me through every step she took. Was looking for a new dentist since I moved to Columbus. Could not have been happier with the one I chose! Murray Hill had great customer service I was greeted happily and was offered something to drink. The hygienist and doctor went into detail about my dental health and explained to me what they were doing at every step of the way. When it came time to schedule my fillings, they went over my payment and made it work around my limited budget. They even gave me pictures of my teeth and specific cavities I had.
