Aspire Counseling Denver is a great practice where clients not only receive therapy services, but neurofeedback services too. They also accept many different insurance plans. Neurofeedback is a specialized approach I wish everyone had the opportunity to try. It really helps retrain the brain for optimal performance, whether that is for school, sports, social skills, and so much more.
Since going to therapy, I can honestly say I feel better about my life and I have a few strategies on dealing with my family to limit explosions around the holidays. Hard stuff but so thankful. Highly recommend their approach!
We have been using Aspire Counseling for a few years now. When I initially started I was new to her brain spotting but was up to it. I cannot recommend Laura enough for the healing impact she has had on my life. Having a therapist that isn’t just someone to complain to but actually helps you heal and overcome, money truly can’t buy.
