Had my consultation and first time botox injections with Alexis and she was absolutely amazing, very thorough and friendly, made me feel very comfortable and answered all my questions, and the entire experience was smooth and pain-free, definitely coming back!
Been here twice for their cosmetics team; first appointment was good. Second appointment today at 10 am. I called ahead to make sure the provider is in and they are running on time. Got there 9:58. My appointment is 10-10:30 and up until 10:17 I haven’t been called. That’s half of the slot. Zero acknowledgement. No attempts from the receptionist to contact my provider. I confirmed she is not with another patient. No apologies no nothing. Quite disappointed with the disrespect to people’s times.
