Good apartments in downtown!
Management has been charging incorrect utility amounts since January, even after we provided all the requested updates and adjustments. Despite repeated follow‑ups, the issue remains unresolved. While we understand that utilities are managed by a third‑party provider, tenants naturally turn to building management for support when there’s a problem. I'm a resident at Aspira for more than 2 years now. Honestly very safe and no homelessness problem. Nana's tea and PIzza mart right outside. Even though we do not have a full time concierge, it still feels very safe at night. Amenities are pretty good and the new management is accommodating too. Gym has been completely revamped and they do have events throughout the year. For the price point, I think it's the best place for me in downtown.
Please beware before applying. They mislead applicants by saying that the holding deposit is refundable on the website. But that’s not the case and terms and conditions are hidden. If an application is approved, holding deposit is automatically forfeited. I doubt a lot of people get rejected in Seattle downtown so it’s as good as non refundable. Update: Since Patrick left, the new manager has stopped responding to our emails. After 8 months, we are still waiting for our money back which was agreed with the previous management. Another person named Emily said she would respond but haven’t seen any responses in few months. I would stay far away from this community. Update: Patrick was very quick to reach me regarding this and agreed to refund the money, since the document clearly stated holding deposit is refundable and new policies are not updated anywhere on the web... read more
