Similar to other commenters I’ve seen the change in management and a generally terrible experience since. Also many 5 star reviews are coerced from tenants by the service teams who ask you to rate them, and direct you to this rating system. We’ve been requesting security improvements for months but have always been brushed off with vague non-comital comments.
