Absolutely abysmal "standards" for cleaning my partner's apartment prior to move-in day. They had not done cleaning beyond what the previous residents did. There was clearly mold on the air movement fins of the heat/air unit as well as pet hair; then when we popped off the plastic cover to the unit there was a large amount of dust and dirt inside as well (that even slumlord landlords tend to actually bother to clean). Love the new maintenance crew with Greystar. Abdul and Lateef are the most helpful and friendly folks I’ve met, have fixed almost every issue I’ve had in less than 48 hours.

Lived here for 2 years. Reasonably large and bright apartments for the price despite the ugly concrete ceilings, and a nice amenity space. Management isn't the most responsive and has too much turnover, but if you show up in person you can usually get stuff done and everyone is nice about it. Garage system and security could be better. They do not have 24hr security. Do not expect to see your deposit. They will also make up unfair charges after you move out and ghost you when you ask about them.
