I was the Project Representative for an HOA, where Tom and his team removed and replaced our private roadway/driveway to meet a slightly new design in 2019. The work was done to workmanship standards. I give them a high a very high rating.

Our small neighborhood used Asphalt Restoration to pave our road last year and Mr. Black and his crew did an awesome job and at a very reasonable price. Tom Black is the most honest asphalt contractor that I've ever done business with. He knows his stuff and made many improvements to the road to our homes. What a difference when you pull into your property and no dust or mud. Thank you Tom!
