Aspenwood Veterinary Hospital is an amazing place to take your fur babies. From the moment you enter they make you feel right at home and will answer any questions you have with a smile on their faces. The nurses and veterinarians are very knowledgeable and make sure that you and your pets are as comfortable as can be the entire time. Their prices are very fair as well. I was traveling and staying in the Woodland Park area. My dog Mimi had an ear infection. I called all around and couldn't get an appointment. Finally I called Aspenwood, and thank goodness they had an opening. The staff, tech and doctor were all wonderful and caring. Plus, I got a "first time patient" discount, which was a nice surprise! My dachshund, Slinky, has been so healthy that he hasn't seen a vet since he was a puppy. When he was obviously sick, I looked for a vet close to Manitou that had good ratings. Aspenwood more than filled the bill. They took exceptional care of our elder doxie, explained everything, and treated my daughters and me like we had been going there for years. I'm happy to say that Slinky is feeling much better. I would recommend this clinic to anyone who wants personalized, qualified care for their pets and families.
We've been taking Willis and Princess to Aspenwood for probably 5 or 6 years and they've always taken excellent care of both of them. I always feel comfortable with the staff and they are always very helpful. Yes, it costs quite a bit nowadays to take care of our pets, but, in my opinion, they are worth it. They won't be around forever and the love and companionship they provide is worth every dollar. Thank you Aspenwood for taking care of our "kids."
Aspenwood continues to be a great ,compassionate vet hospital, even with the change in owners in my 15 years going there. They have cared well for two cats and two dogs for me.
I’m new to the area and a new puppy owner. Shopped around local vets and found Aspenwood. I saw they had good reviews online. I really like that it’s a small place. The employees really cared about my puppies health. His name is Merle a 6 month old pug. We had an overall checkup, got all needed shots, and microchipped for a VERY REASONABLE price.
