We told them we didn’t have over 2,000 to fix our cat and they were not respectful or understanding of the situation. In the end they wouldn’t even give us a option to put our cat down it was pay the money or give him to us and he is no longer your pet. They also just told us what was going on and how it was without showing us the X-rays or even the blood work or even the out come of the surgery. RecommendedI have been going to this vet for 3 years now. This vet is the best vet I have ever been too, which makes sense why it is so busy. This vet treats you like family. They are loving and caring once you walk in the door. I have been to countless vets even recently who are stone cold and make you feel bad about not being perfect with your animal. If you must go to this vet ask a lot of questions. The way they operate, my dogs and I don’t feel valued. They don’t return calls promptly and if you have a problem with something they’ve done, don’t expect them to care about your animals. I’ve stuck it out for multiple appointments and it is not worth it. My dog is still sick and I’ve wasted a week on their treatment rec and don’t know what’s wrong because they 1) didn’t get a stool sample 2) sent me to collect & return while also starting her on meds so she didn’t poop for... read more
We were visiting Colorado and our dog ate something and became very sick. We were afraid he was dying. The doctor and staff at Aspenwood took us all in and made us feel secure that our dog was getting the best treatment possible. He was back to himself before we knew it! Thank you so much.

I have a 6 year old service dog that I've had since she was 7 weeks old. We started going to Aspenwood due to convince of location when she was just a puppy. More recently she needed a major surgery in order to save her life. Every aspect of care offered at Aspenwood is a step above anything I've ever experienced(or expected) for my 4 legged kids. They treat your pet like their own while worrying about your piece of mind. Truly exceptional care!!!
