Dr Chappell is so patient with my CAG. He's not the friendliest bird on the planet and she's very patient and caring with him. Thank you!
We work with lots of vets and other animal health and welfare professionals. There are always some all-around good ones and then there are the all-around great ones and Dr. Chapal and her team are great! Compassionate, communicative, patient and skilled. I appreciate the integrative medical services she offers immensely!
I dropped in to see if a stray dog I found had a microchip. He did and they were so helpful in contacting the microchip company, the owner and emergency contact, etc. If I lived in Loveland I would not hesitate to have them keep are of my pets. Thank you all for being so kind and concerned!
Emergency visit today. They squeezed me in on short notice. We recently moved to Loveland and haven't found an avian vet yet. We lucked out, Dr. C was the best. She shared my concerned and really took the time with Bluebird and explaining things to me. Very knowledgeable, better than Bluebird's previous vet. Staff so great and nice. They all really care!
