I have lived here for bout 5years and I have to say the first 2 managers were AWESOME. They kept up with the grounds the pets the pool the trash and my needs within my home. Then we got this new manager and everything went to CRAP. She moved in all her people's and their dogs. Now we have PITBULLS in the ASPEN TOWNHOME. She don't stay on top of telling people to pick up their dog crap from the ground. So your always smelling dog crap. You pull into the parking lot and there is TRASH EVRTYWHERE. Aspen Townhomes here in Colorado Springs has bedbugs and cockroaches. Their units are filthy and the managers are okay with their tenants living in filth. Had bedbugs for over 6 months and finally had enough so I moved. I gave them more than enough time to fix the problem. I was forced to throw my furniture away and not live in my apartment for weeks. Guess what I never even got money back. MANAGEMENT. ...they could care less about you. They wouldn't even give me the owners phone number or email so I could express my concern... read more
