Staff turns over about every 6 months. You better have your co-pay at checkin or your appointment will be cancelled! Even in crisis situations you will mot be seen without a co-pay!!!
Nice and Friendly staff that are willing to help. I've been attending for 2 years and I haven't had a bad experience. I would recommend Aspin Pointe to anyone who is looking for mental help, and counseling services.
It's impossible to get an appointment and everyone is rude as hell. They are annoyed by you calling or showing up. They do not care about people, and I too agree with the reviews that say they'd rather you just die than actually try and help you. Please find real help, do not waste a second with these horrible people.
I have to agree with everyone else on here. It's impossible to get in. I thought I was going to have a medication management today but it turns out this is a therapy appointment to get a referral for medication management. This was 2 weeks after skyping with some guy in Baily that was supposed to give me some sort of a consultation for services.
