Reasonably priced, the best maintenance service I've ever seen, beautiful grounds!
Beware of aspen leaf. Take into consideration when you have ten this cheap… there’s bound to be bigger issues at hand that in the end will not be worth it. Have been dealing with neighbors on drugs who sleep all day and are up falling and dropping heavy items until 2,3 am. I have tried approaching them, did not work so approached managing office, did not work so approached police as an absolute last resort and was told unless I have actual videos of them falling and stomping I can not call back. I lived at Aspenleaf for 2 1/2 years. The first 2 years were great, it was a great stepping stone for me and my little one. The renovated apartment was clean and nice, it was the perfect spot for me and my kiddo. When I signed for a 6 month lease I had my first interaction with Jasmine in the office. She is rude, unprofessional and lacks customer service skills. Every interaction I had with her was unpleasant. Everyone one else in the office is polite and the maintenance team is extremely friendly and helpful.
